摘要
本文着重阐述建设项目投入物费用的影子价格和水利水电工程产出物效益的影子价格不同的计算理论与计算方法。为了进行国民经济评价 ,当确定建设项目投入物的费用时 ,需确定其影子水价与影子电价 ;当确定水利水电工程产出物的效益时 ,亦常确定其影子水价与影子电价 ,但两者影子水价与影子电价的含义与作用是各不相同的。
The different calculation theories and methods for determining the shadow price of input expense of constraction project and that of output benefit of hydraulic engineering are emphatically explained in this paper. For national economy evaluation, in order to calculate the input expenses of constraction project, it is necessary to determine their shadow prices of commerical water and electric energy; in order to calculate the output benefits of hydraulic engineering, although determination of their shadow prices of commercial water and electric energy is also needed, yet their meanings and functions of both the shadow prices of commercial water and electric energy are different each other.
