摘要
贵州水力资源丰富，水电装机占系统总装机的25．1％，且大多河流具有梯级连续开发的条件，水电电能质量优越，然而水电上网电价历来低于火电电价。本文从水电发电成本、税收、利润、还贷等方面，结合目前的经济政策及相关法律法规，对贵州在建、拟建的水电站进行电价测算，提出贵州合理的水电上网电价水平。
It is rich in hydro - electric resources in Guizhou province, and the hydropower installed capacity accounts for 25. 1% of the total capacity of electric system. On the most rivers in Guizhou province, there are conditions of continuous cascade hydropower development and superior hydropower energy quality, but the hydropower network electric price is always lower than the thermal power electric price. This article reckons the electric price of the hydropower stations that are under construction and planned for construction in Guizhou province, proposing a reasonable hydropower network electric price level from hydropower generating cost, tax revenue, profit, repay aspects, according to the present economic policy and the related laws and regulations.
