摘要
一些唑类化合物的广谱、高效、强内吸性杀菌作用和植物生长调节作用正受到人们广泛的关注。为筛选合成上简易,且有较高生物活性的化合物,作者设计了下列三类1,2,4-三唑和苯并1,2,3-三唑类化合物。其化学结构通式如下:
Thirty two triazole derivatives were synthesized. Among them twenty eight compoundsare first reported. The general formulae of the compounds are as follows:where X = H, ClY = H, CH_3, F, Cl, Br, NO_2R^1 = C_6H_5, CH_3OC_6H_4, NO_2C_6H_4R^2 = C_6H_5, ClC_6H_4, CH_3C_6H_4, NO_2C_6H_4, C_6H_5OCH_2,n = 0, 1 The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, ~1HNMR and elemental analyses.The compounds gave positive results in the preliminary biological evaluation. Some of themshowed inhibition effect on the rice germination and most of them had effective fungicidalactivity against Fusarium vasinfectum and Rhizoctinia solani.
