摘要
合成了26个二唑类与三唑类化合物,其中22个为新化合物。它们分别属于2-唑代苄乙酰乙酸乙酯类、2-唑代苄基丙二酸酯类、菊酸及取代丙烯酸类的唑酰胺和唑甲基酯以及含唑的β-二酮类化合物。生物活性试验表明,多数化合物均具有杀菌活性及植物生长调节活性。
26 azole compounds were synthesized,among them 22 compounds are firstly reported. The structures of the compotunds were confirmed by^1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.Most of the compounds gave positive results in the preliminary biological evaluation. Abrief discussion on the relationship between the structure and bioactivity of the compoundsis given.
