摘要
鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为引起婴幼儿腹泻的一种重要的病原菌 ,用它制备免疫原 ,对产蛋鸡进行免疫 ,提取的血清抗体与卵黄抗体在首免、二免、三免后动态变化规律基本一致 ,且三免后达到较高水平 。
Salmonella. typhimurium is an important diarrheal bacteria, we made immunoantigen and immunized laying hens with it, then contracted IgG and IgY. We found the changing laws of IgG and IgY are consistent after laying hens were immunized firstly?secondly?thirdly. What's more, IgY in egg Yolk has a high titre. So we may use IgY instead of IgG in serum to produce preventive and theraphy infant diarrhal new immunosolvent.
