肺炎患儿一氧化氮与GMP-140水平变化及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨血清一氧化氮 (NO)和血浆α -颗粒膜蛋白GMP - 14 0在小儿肺炎中的作用及其临床意义 ,分别采用硝酸酶还原法和ELISA双抗体夹心法测定 4 1例小儿肺炎和 2 3例正常对照者血清一氧化氮和血浆GMP - 14 0 .结果表明 :肺炎组 (包括重症和轻症组 )血清NO水平较对照组显著性升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,重症组血清NO水平较轻症组亦显著性升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;肺炎组 (包括重症和轻症组 )血浆GMP - 14 0均较对照组显著性升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;且肺炎患儿血清NO水平与血浆GMP - 14 0含量呈显著正相关 (r=0 .73,P <0 .0 1) .提示肺炎患儿体内存在血小板活化 。 In this paper,the effect and clinical importance of serum NO and plasma GMP-140 in children with pneumonia were studied, and the serum NO and plasma GMP-140(Granule membrane protein-140) in 41 patients with pneumonia and 23 normal controls were measured by nitrate reductase method and double antibodies ELISA, respectively. The results showed that the levels of serum NO in the groups with pneumonia were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.01);the levels of serum NO in severe cases were significantly higher than those in the patients with mild symptoms;the levels of plasma GMP-140 in the groups with pneumonia were significantly higher than those in the control groups( P <0.01).Moreover , the serum NO level positively correlated with plasma GMP-140 level ( r=0 73, P <0 01). These findings indicated that there was an elevation of platelet activation in children with pneumonia, and that NO and platelet activation were associated with the inflammation and the pathological progress of pneumonia.
