摘要
守法是法律运行的重要环节 ,是实现法治国家的重要条件。但目前我国社会中守法障碍还严重存在。造成守法障碍的主要原因是守法素质和守法环境上存在的问题。要克服守法障碍 ,其对策有 :大力加快立法步伐 ,加大廉政法制建设力度 。
Obeying law is an important link of law operation and an important condition of realizing law-governance country, but in China there are large and heavy obstacles of obeying law at present. Main reason is that there are some problems on quality and environments of obeying law. Strategies of overcoming these obstacles include speeding step of legislation, enlarging strength of constructing law system and enhancing education of law-governance.
