摘要
2 1世纪是信息时代 ,高校图书馆为了适应社会的发展 ,不断强化学术研究的职能 ,拓展研究领域 ,学术性成为信息时代高校图书馆的基本特征。为了确保学术研究活动的正常开展 ,图书馆应调动馆员参与的积极性 ,发挥优势 ,统筹管理 ,提高研究的水平和质量 ,并注重研究成果的转化 ,使高校图书馆学术研究工作有新的进展。
The 21st century is the age of information .To adapt themselves to the development of society,libraries of universities and colleges have strengthened their function of academic studies;the fields of study have constantly expanded ,and the studies have also deepened. Academic nature, therefore, has become a characteristic of the libraries in the age of information. To enrure the normal activities of academic studies,libraries should bring the initiation of the librarians into play, exploit their advantages to the full, make overall arrangements, improve the level and quality of studies, and give special attention to the transformation of their achievements in research, so as to promote their research work breakthroughs therein.
