摘要
从图书馆学科的发展、高校图书馆职能的深化、图书馆学术性与图书馆工作的关系等几个方面论述强化图书馆学术性的意义。提出鼓励学术研究与交流、重视学术成果的转化、建立继续教育复合动力机制等强化措施。
Discusses the importance of strengthening the academic character of university libraries in terms of development of library science , the deepening of the university library functions and the relationship between library academic character and library work, and puts forward relevant measures of encouraging academic research and exchange, valuing the transformation of academic achievements and establishing the composite motivating mechanism of continuing education.
