摘要
目的 观察极低密度脂蛋白受体 (VLDL R)的两种亚型在糖尿病患者脂肪组织中的分布和表达。方法 手术中采集正常人及糖尿病患者腹壁及肠脂垂脂肪组织 ,从脂肪组织提取的mRNA用半定量 PCR方法扩增。结果 (1)正常腹壁及肠脂垂脂肪组织VLDLⅠ型、Ⅱ型受体均有表达 ,两部位各亚型受体比较 ,统计学分析差异无显著性。 (2 )糖尿病患者腹壁及肠脂垂脂肪组织中 ,Ⅰ型受体的分布和表达量与正常相比无明显变化。但Ⅱ型受体表达明显减少甚至丢失。结论糖尿病代谢紊乱影响VLDL
Objective To investigate the distribution and expression of two subtypes of very low density lipoprotein receptor (VLDL R) in adipose tissue of diabetic patients. Methods Adipose tissues of abdominal wall and epiploic appendices were collected from normal persons and diabetic patients during operations, the mRNA from adipose tissue was amplified by semi quantitative RT PCR. Results (1) In normal persons, both subtypes of VLDL R were expressed in these two kinds of adipose tissue, with no significant difference between two subtypes. (2) In adipose tissue of diabetes patients, no significant differences of distribution and expression of type Ⅰ VLDL R were showed compared with the normal persons, but expression level of type Ⅱ VLDL R reduced sharply or even disappeared. Conclusion The metabolism disorder of diabetes affects the expression and distribution of different subtypes of VLDL R.
