摘要
目的 :建立脱敏凝胶中主药含量测定的方法。方法 :采用氟离子选择电极法进行测定。结果 :含量测定平均回收率为99 .9%。结论 :该方法简便、灵敏、专属性强 ,适用于该产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a sensitive and specific assay method for the determination of the primary drug content in desensitization gel. METHOD:Fluoride ion selective electrode assay was adopted.RESULTS:The average recovery was 99.9%. The within day precision and daytime precision were less than 1.87%.CONCLUSION:The assay used was simple, sensitive and specific and applicable for quality control of product.
