摘要
目的探讨加替松滴耳液的制备及其质量控制研究。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定主药加替沙星的含量。结果加替沙星在294nm处有最大吸收,平均回收率为99.90%,RSD为0.71%。结论该制剂处方合理,主药含量测定方法简便,快速,准确。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the preparation and quality control of gatifloxacin and hydrocortisone ear drops.METHODS The content of gatifloxacin was determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS The maximum absorption wavelength was 294nm.The average recovery rate was 99.90%,and the RSD was 0.71%.CONCLUSION This gatifloxacin prescription was reasonable,and the assay method of principal agent was simple,rapid,and accurate.
