摘要
分析了哈三电厂3号炉电除尘器存在问题的原因,进行了振打周期正交调整试验,采取了相应的解决措施,建议设置自然清扫装置,增大极板间距,尽量选用管状芒刺线。
Analyses the causes for the problems with the electric dust removers of No.3 boiler at Harbin No.3 Power Plant,describes the orthogonal adjustment of vibration cycle, and suggests such remedies as installation of auctomatic cleaners, increase of gap between electrode plates, and use of much tubular prickled wires as possible.
