摘要
本文介绍一种全自动贴瓷砖机器人系统的硬件、软件及其工作方式。通过人 -机界面可以输入工作参数 ,感知系统自动测量地面和壁面的位置和表面形状及测定所取瓷砖的位置。此系统可高速、高质量地完成涂粘结料、取瓷砖和贴瓷砖的工作。
An automatic robotic system for sticking ceramic tiles including its hard ware, soft ware and working method is introduced in this paper, Working parameters can be putted in thorugh the computer, The position and the form of the surface of wall or floor and the position of tile can be automatic determined by the sensor system. All of the work, such as prtting sticky material, taking up tile and prtting tile, can be quickly completed with good quality by this system.
