摘要
针对高层建筑板材安装的机器人化施工装备来说,高空作业平台是机器人等智能化施工装备的基础。在实际板材安装过程中,板材安装机器人运动时的惯性或风载作用等因素都会引起高空作业平台的振动。详细分析建筑行业应用最广泛的吊篮式高空作业平台的振动成因,建立平台系统的振动模型并通过ANSYS进行动力学仿真,验证了该平台振动成因的理论分析,为吊篮式高空作业平台的振动抑制提供理论基础。
In view of the intelligent construction equipment of installing slabstone for high-rise buildings,aerial work platform is the basis of the intelligent construction equipment such as robot. In the actual construction of installing slabstone,inertia caused by motion of the slabstone installation robot,wind load and other factors will cause vibration of aerial work platform. The reason of vibration for aerial work basket most widely used in construction was analyzed detailedly. The vibration model of platform was established and dynamics simulation was carried out by ANSYS. So that the correctness of analysis of vibration causes was verified. Which will provide a theoretical basis for restraining vibration of the aerial work basket.
