摘要
《墨经》的“名”并不是传统所理解的“概念” ,而是一种用以标记、指称客观事物的语词符号。在《墨经》中 ,后期墨家深刻揭示了“名”的符号性质及其功能 ,提出了名的分类理论 ,具体讨论了名与实的关系以及名与名之间的关系 ,深入阐发了使用名称的原则和方法。因此 ,《墨经》的名学实质上是一种关于语词符号的符号学理论。
The 'Ming' in 'Mo Jing' is not the 'concept' in the traditional sense,but a phraseological symbol by which objective things are denoted . In 'Mo Jing',the Mohist in the later stage unveiled the symbolic character and function of 'Ming', put forward the theory for its classification, discussed the relations between Ming and Shi and Ming and Ming, elucidated deeply the principles and methods in the use of denomination. Therefore, the theory of Ming in 'Mo Jing' is virtually a kind of semeiological theory about phraseologicasl denotation.
