摘要
将自身的科研成果转化为社会生产力 ,创办高技术产业 ,是高等学校社会服务职能的重要内容。高校的科技和人才优势是形成其在科研成果转化中主体地位的基本条件 ,高校在成果转化中的主体地位是高校职能拓展的必然趋势 ,是由我国的基本国情决定的 。
It is the main task of the social service functions for the institutions of higher learning to transfer their research achievements into productivity and to develop high\|tech industries. The advantages of lots of talents and technological resources in colleges and universities provide the fundamental conditions for the transformation, which is bound to occur due to our country's basic situation. And this transformation is also necessary to establish the mechanism in which the education and social development are promoted mutually.
