摘要
大学在其 80 0多年的发展历程中 ,由于在不同的社会条件下知识操作活动的目的、方式和内容的不同 ,其社会职能经历了演化和变迁 ,这种演进过程表现为历史的阶段性和连续性的统一。论文分析了不同历史阶段大学社会职能的不同表现形式和活动模式 ,大学社会职能的历史演进过程 ,阐明了社会职能演进的经济的、政治的、文化的、科学的背景和动因。
In the course of over 800 years' development, the university's social functions have undergone the evolution and changes because of different purposes, methods and contents of the knowledge\|operated activities under different social conditions, and this evolution process embodies the unity of the historical periods and the historical continuity. This paper analyses the university's social functions' different forms of expression and modes of activities in different historical periods as well as the processes of its historical evolution. It also expounds the economic, political ,cultural and scientific backgrounds and the dynamic factors for the evolution of the university's social functions.
