摘要
本文以作者最近在美国的专业考察为基础 ,参考国内外学者对于信息管理与知识管理的概念性认识 ,探讨了信息管理与知识管理的相关性 ,进一步论述了信息管理到知识管理的发展。同时概述了近几年所出现的各种知识管理项目和人与技术在其中所起作用的转变趋势。最后 ,举例说明了美国最新发起的全球知识共享项目和知识管理项目 。
Based on the recent professional investigation in America, the article discusses the concept of information management (IM) and knowledge management (KM). Through the comparison between IM and KM, the development from IM to KM is further discussed. The paper also describes the various knowledge management programs appeared in recent years, summarizes the change trend of the role which people and the information technologies play in IM and KM. The paper illustrates the global knowledge sharing strategic planning and knowledge management program, and puts forward some suggestions to develop knowledge management in information organizations of our country.
