摘要
环境保护问题正引起发达国家的高度重视 ,并将其做为限制进口的一种措施 ,绿色壁垒已成为制约我国出口的一大问题 ,文章以此为中心展开分析 。
The environmental protection, which is drawing high attention of the developed countries, is also a method to limit the import. The evironmental barrier has restrained China's export seriously. Centered on this, this article makes an analysis and puts forward five pieces of strategical advices.
