环境资源因素从比较优势、产业转移和贸易壁垒等方面与国际竞争力有着密切关系。由于长期实行粗放式经济增长 ,对资源节约和生态环境保护的重视程度不够 ,我国的国际竞争力已受到国际环境标准、生产过程与方法的制约。制度创新。
Environmental resources factor has a very close relationship with international competitiveness in terms of comparative advantage, industrial shift and trade barrier. Because of extensive economic growth over time, which results in neglecting the protection of eco-environment and failure to economize resources, the Chinese international competitiveness has been constrained by international environmental criteria, productive process and method. The critical way to upgrade China's environment-based competitiveness is to focus on system innovation, technological remodel and following the international practices.
