摘要
目的 观察AML -MD的临床特征与化疗之间的关系。方法 对 2 0例AML -MD进行细胞遗传学、免疫分型及MDR1基因检测并观察疗效。结果 2 0例AML -MD见于M2 、M4 、M5、M6。其骨髓象有病态造血 ,表达髓系抗原 ,5 5 %患者有染色体核型异常 ,MDR1阳性率 45 % ,化疗缓解率 40 % ,总有效率 5 5 %。结论 AML -MD对化疗不敏感 ,CR率低 ,与内在临床特征有关。
Objective To observe the biological characteristics and the therapeutic effect in patients with AML-MD.Methods Clinical features,as well as morphology, immunophnotype and cytogenetic were studied in 20 patients with AML-MD, the MDR1 and therapeutic effect also were observed.Results There were twenty patients with AML-MD distribtion in M 2?M 4?M 5?M 6,which expressed myeloid associated antigens,and chromosomal abnormatities occurred in 55% of patients.The MDR1 postive rate was 45%.The complete remission rate was 40%,and over effective rate was 55%.Conclusion AML-MD is associated with poor clinical therapeutic response,it may be corelated with it′s biological features.
