摘要
采用确定热轧温度场的有限元计算模型及实测各道次的轧件温度值 ,对热辐射传热系数、喷水冷却传热系数、接触热传导系数以及塑性变形功转化为内热源的比例因子进行了优化计算 ,在此基础上 ,得到了轧件温降及其内部温度分布规律。
The optimum calculations have been carried out for the heat transfer coefficient of radiation, of spray cooling and of contact conduction using FEM model and measured temperatures in every pass. On this basis, the regularity of temperature drop and temperature distribution in the plate has been obtained.
