摘要
通过对某钢铁厂宽厚板生产中加速冷却过程的研究,在对冷却对象进行传热分析的基础上,构建了冷却对象的传热数学模型,并用有限元法求解,建立了仿真模型,并对其进行了仿真实现。最后对模型的计算结果与现场实测值进行比较,结果基本吻合,这表明仿真模型能够较好的模拟现场实际,具有实用价值。
A heat-transfer mathematics model is established through researching the rapid cooling process in the manufacture of lenience board and based on analyzing the heat-transferring of the cooling object.A simulation model is established by using finite element method.The results are inosculated by comparing with the results of the calculation and the actual values that measured by worksite.This shows that the simulation model can be used to simulate the actual scene,it has practical value.
