摘要
教育的根本目的是提高全民族的素质 ,培养同现代化要求相适应的公民。要使美术教育更好地发挥它的社会教育功能 ,适应时代发展的要求 ,首先必须改变旧的传统教育观念 ,改革旧的教育模式 ,提高教学质量 ;其次要以基础教育的全面改革为依托 。
The fundamental objective of education is to improve people's quality and cultivate the citizen responding to modern society to make arts education fullfil its social function and adapt to the requirements of modern society.The staff in teachers college who are in charge of the elementary arts education,on the one hand,should take charge of the traditional position on education and reform the old-styled model to improve teaching quality On the other hand,depending on the reform of the elemementary education,they should create a good macro atmosphere of arts education.
