摘要
我们用Giemsa BSG C-带技术检查了玉米花药培养获得的花粉单倍体植株根尖细胞染色体上异染色质的变异,观察结果表明,有的植株所显示的C-带数目是与供体植株的相一致,有的植株所显示的C-带数目则发生了显著变化,其中有的增加,有的减少。并讨论了异染色质发生变异的可能原因。还相应地观察到间期核中染色中心的变化是与中期染色体上C-带数目的变化相一致。
In this paper we studied changes of heterochromatin on the chromosomes of maize pollen haploid plants with Giemsa BSG C-banding technique. The main results abtained were as follows:The Giemsa C-banding of some haploid plants showed to be the same as that of donor. They had prominent heterochromatic bands on five of the ten chromosomes, which is half of the banding number of donor plants. Because the pollen haploid plants possessed only one set of chromosomes, the donor diploid plants possessed two sets of chromosomes. The other haploid plants had 3,4,6 and 7 bands, respectively. It is, therefore, considred that in invaro culture there are not only visible changes of chromosome number and structure, but also changes of chromosome heterochromatin. It showed that the number of heterochromatic chromacentres in nuclei at interphase stage was close to that of number of banding on chromosomes at metaphase stage.
