摘要
穗粒数是构成玉米产量的重要因素。玉米花粉生活力及其授粉结实能力直接决定了穗粒数的多少。环境条件如温度、湿度、水分、矿质元素等都会影响玉米花粉的生活力。玉米花粉生活力的测定方法有田间测定法、染色法、花粉管培养法等。
Grain numbers produced per ear is one of the most important factors affecting grain yield of maize andis determined in a large extent by pollination process. In this paper the research advanced on pollen grain viability andpollination capability of pollen grains, and effects of environmental factors including temperature, humidity, and water content of pollen grain and mineral elements on these characteristics in maize（Zea mays L.） were reviewed. Measuring of pollen grain viability was also discussed.
