摘要
树立坚定的职业信念是对教师第一位的要求 ,教师的职业信念是教师献身于教育工作的根本动力 ,也是形成教师职业道德的必要条件之一。目前我国教师中有相当一部分人职业信念问题没有解决好 。
It is a primary requirement for a teacher to foster a firm professional faith, which basically motivates the teacher to devote to education and forms one of the prerequistes for teachers' profession ethics. Today quite a number of teachers in our country have a problematic conception of their profession, so it is believed that teachers should take efforts to build up their professional faith in various and possible ways.
