摘要 1-MCP(1-Methylcyelopropene,1-甲基环丙烯)具有抑制剂作用,明显抑制果实采后乙烯生成并降低呼吸延迟其高峰出现,保持果实硬度、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物和果皮叶绿素含量。并调查了1-MCP对苹果采后生理的影响,而且对1-MCP应用中存在的一些问题及影响因素进行了探讨。 The effects of1-MCP on physiology of apples after harvest were summarized.The problem and effect actor in application of1-MCP were also discussed in this paper.
