摘要
与水处理组相比 ,50~ 1 50mg/L吲哚丁酸 (IBA)处理可增加水栽条件下观叶植物黑美人(Aglaonemacommutatumcv.‘Sanpemo’)的根数、根长及根系鲜重 ,并可提高水栽黑美人的根系活力 其中以 1 0 0mg/LIBA处理组对促进水栽黑美人提早生根最为有效 ,并显著提高根系超氧化岐化酶 (SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等保护酶的活性 .
The average number,length and fresh weight of hydroponic Aglaonema commutatum cv. 'Sanpemo'roots were increased by treating with 50~150 mg/L indolebutyric acid(IBA). IBA treatment could also enhance the root activity significantly. Of which, treating with 100 mg/L IBA could effectively accelerate the formation of adventitious roots and the increase of activities of SOD and CAT in the roots.
