摘要
50～ 1 5 0mg/L吲哚丁酸 (IBA)处理可增加水栽条件下银皇后的根数、根长及根的鲜样质量 ,但对根粗无显著影响。 1 0 0mg/LIBA处理还可有效促进提早生根。IBA处理可显著提高根系活力。
The number,length and fresh mass of hydroponic Aglaonema' Silver Queen'roots were increased by treating with 50-150mg/L indolebutyric acid(IBA).Of those,treating with 100mg/L IBA could effectively acce lerate the formation of adventitious roots.Additionally,IBA treatment could enhance the root activity significantly.
