摘要
以甲酯化豆油脱臭馏出物为原料 ,利用超临界 CO2 萃取技术浓缩 α- VE,探讨萃取条件对 α- VE和豆油脱臭馏出物中油脂萃取效果的影响。结果表明 ,萃取压力和萃取温度对 α- VE和脂肪酸在超临界二氧化碳中的萃取效果有非常显著的影响 ,而二氧化碳流量对萃取效果影响较小。在萃取温度 30 8K,萃取压力 18MPa,二氧化碳流量 6~ 12 L/ m in条件下 ,可以获得较高的萃取得率和 α- VE含量。
Using methylated soybean deodorized sludge as materials to extract α V E by supercritical CO 2 method,the influence of extraction conditions on concentraction of α V E and several main fatty acids in extracts and remainings was investigated.The results showed that extraction pressure and extraction temperature had conspicuous effects on solubility of α V E and fatty acids in supercritical CO 2 while CO 2 flow volume had litte effect on extraction result.At extraction temperature 308 K,pressure 18 MPa,CO 2 flow volume 6-12 L/min,a relatively high extraction rate and high α V E concentraction can be obtained.
