摘要
从运用网络计划技术编制大型项目进度计划的需求出发 ,阐述了网络计划系统的模型——串网络法、分级网络法和多阶网络法 ,并以事件节点网络计划和工作节点网络计划为基础构造了他们的时间参数计算公式及其流程 .
There are now new needs to use network planning techniques in time control of large scale projects. This paper introduces model of network plan system, \{i.e.\} multi network planning method, hierachical network planning method and multistage network planning method (MSM). Based on event-on-node network and activity-on-node network, the author sets up their mathematics model for time calculation and calculation flow.
