高灵敏光度法测定粉煤灰中痕量汞 被引量:1

摘要 研究了在 pH 10 5氢氧化铵 -氯化铵缓冲溶液中痕量汞 与三氮烯类试剂 6 硝基苯并噻唑重氮氨基 4 硝基苯(NBTDNB)的显色反应 ,基于此 ,建立了一种测定痕量汞 的高灵敏新光度法。在弱碱介质中 ,汞 与该试剂形成 1∶2的黄色络合物 ,用双波长法测定 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 2 0× 10 5,汞 量在 0 0~ 13 0 μg/2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律 ,方法的检出限为 2 8× 10 - 9g/L ,相对标准偏差为 2 1%~ 3 2 %。本法应用于粉煤灰中痕量汞的测定 ,获得了满意的结果。 In the buffer solution of NH 3·H 2O-NH 4Cl(pH10 5)the color reaction of trace Hg*'with a new reagent 6 nitrobenzothiazolyldiazoamino 4 nitrobenzene(NBTDNB)has been studied Based on this study,a new highly sensitive spectrophotometry for determining trace Hg*'has been developed In the medium of weak alkaline and in the presence of Triton X 100,Hg*'reacts with NBTDNB to form an orange yellow complex which has component ratio of 1∶2 The maximum absorption of the complex is at 450nm and 530nm respectively,and Hg*' is determined by dual wavelength spectrophotometry with apparent molar absorptivity 2 20×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-13 0μg/25mL for Hg*',the detection limit is 2 8×10 -9 g/L and the RSD are found to be in the range of 2 1%-3 2% The method has been applied to the determination of trace Hg in fly ash with satisfactory results
