摘要
在pH5.0条件下,I-氯胺T-甲酚红发生反应,显色液由红色变黄色,本文研究双波长光度法测定微量碘,该方法分析灵敏度和精密度较高,修正吸光度(Aβ)与(I浓度(x)在x=0-0.100mg/L,有良好线性关系.实验表明,相对标准偏差≤6%,回收率90.30%~102%.碘最低浓度0.004mg/L适合于较清洁天然水分析.
