摘要
本文从合同的熟悉、施工方案的审批、设备和材料价格的把关、进度款的支付、工程的变更、索赔的处理和竣工的结算等七个重点环节议论了施工阶段投资控制的有效方法,对同行从事施工阶段投资控制工作有一定的参考作用。
This paper discusses the effective means of investment control over the construction period from seven key aspects including the acquaintance with contract, examination and approval of construction plan, price control of equipment and materials, progress-based payment, change in the works, handling of claims and final settlement on acceptance. It is referable to the staff responsible for control over the construction stage.
