指出施工索赔是施工企业追求利益最大化和提升项目管理能力的重要因素,在分析施工企业在索赔工作失策情况的基础上,对施工企业索赔工作的应对策略进行了研究,从而促进企业发展、提高建设效益。
The paper points out the construction claim is an important factor for the maximization of construction enterprises pursuit for benefits and promotion the management ability,and researches the strategies for claim work in construction enterprises based on the claim missteps,so as to enhance the enterprises development and to improve the construction benefits.
