摘要
我国引进国外先进技术对农业和农村经济发展会产生巨大推动作用 ,在我国农业发展新阶段加强引进国外先进技术是必要的 ,根据新时期我国农业和农业科技内外部环境发生的深刻变化 ,提出了引进国外农业先进技术的原则。
Introducing foreign advanced techniques will bring force to agriculture and economic development in rural regions.So it is necessary and urgent to introduce foreign advanced techniques at the new stage.Based on the internal and external changes of agriculture and agro science in China,princi ples,focal points and policies are put forward.
