摘要
学术期刊是反映科技学术创新水平的窗口 ,具有前沿性、权威性和及时性。学术期刊在西部大开发中应发挥专业优势、提高期刊质量、促进科技成果转移、推动社会经济发展。面对西部大开发的良好机遇 ,结合《西北林学院学报》探讨了如何发挥刊物的潜在优势 ,促进林业生态建设以及学术期刊在关注知识创新、科技传播。
Academic journal is a window reflecting the innovation level of science and technology and owns an advantage in forward position, authority and promptness.Learned journals should make good use of its academic superiority,improve journal quality, promote extension of scientific achievements and social and economic development in the development of the northwest region. Moreover, analysis has been done on how to take the chance of the Western Region Development and develop the potential superiority of the journal to promote the ecological construction of foresty. And the bridge role of journals in knowledge renovation, spreading of science and technology and productivity development is focused.
