摘要
为快速准确找到车牌位置 ,提出了一种改进的多阈值模糊熵分割方法 .该方法抗干扰能力强 ,能在复杂背景中快速找到车牌位置 .在识别系统中 ,分析了 5种识别方法 ,提出了适用于车牌识别系统的多识别器融合的识别方法 .
Authors presents an improved segmention technique based on multiple threshold values determined by fuzzy entropy. The method has strong anti noise ability, and it can locate the place of the car plate quickly in the complicated background. In the system of recognition, five recognition methods are analyzed, and the recognition method combines several recognizers together and is applicable to the system of the car plate recognition.
