摘要 针对重轨生产线钢坯识别需求,提出一种基于字符特征的电子显示识别方法。该方法根据字符电子显示原理,利用字符结构特征进行字符变换,将字符标准化实现编码识别,克服了现有模板匹配识别算法的缺点。先从字符的结构特征入手,将细化后的字符进行投影变换,然后根据投影变换结果,将字符转换为电子显示采用的标准字符,最后针对电子字符编码来实现钢坯字符的识别。实验结果表明,该方法稳定性强、速度快、识别率高,为生产线钢坯实时检测提供了一种方法。 According to the demands of the billet recognition in production line, an electronic display recognition method based on character features was proposed. The character features were used to change the character's form based on the principle of the electronic display. The standardization characters can he recognized by the coding recognition. It overcomes the shortcomings of template matching algorithm. Firstly, the character projection was obtained according to the character features;then, according to the resuhs of projection,the characters were changed into standard modal by the morphological processing;finally, the character encoding was used to accomplish the recognition of billet characters. The experimental resuhs show that the proposed method is in good stability and recognition rate. it solves the recognition problem of billet character under complex sense, and prorides a key technology of billet production line.
