摘要
概述了当前ＤＮＡ生物传感器的研究特点以及发展现状中存在的问题,通过对光学ＤＮＡ生物传感器的基本原理和种类详细介绍,结合多学科交叉的特点,对ＤＮＡ生物传感器的发展前景进行了展望。
This paper has summed up the research characteristic of DNA biology sensor, and introduces the problems existed in the current development. With the basic principle and detailed introduction of the kind of the optics DNA biology sensor , combining the feature of multi -field, the development trend of the DNA bio -sensors has also looked forward to in this paper.
