图书管理创新是知识经济时代对图书馆工作的新要求 ,要实现管理创新 ,首先必须观念创新。当前 ,我们应以创新理念和创新行为来加强图书馆管理 ,从而开辟图书馆管理发展的新途径。论述了图书馆管理观念创新、内容创新、方式创新、机制创新、服务创新。
