摘要
从管理机制、知识管理手段、人力资源管理模式、服务功能等方面入手,阐述了创新是图书馆管理的核心所在,分析了制约图书馆管理创新的因素,提出和谐发展是图书馆管理创新的根本目标。
Based on the management mechanism,means of knowledge management,modes of human resources management and the function of service,the article elaborates the key role played by innovation in the management of school libraries as well as the factors which influence such kind of innovation;it also proposes that the basic goal of innovation in the management of libraries is harmonious development.
