摘要
胆囊收缩素通过内分泌、旁分泌和自分泌等形式作者于胃肠道和脑组织 ,介导胆囊收缩、胰酶分泌及摄食等多种生理功能。胆囊收缩素及其受体拮抗剂在临床研究中已应用于神经精神疾病、肿瘤及消化系统疾病的治疗。
