三维CT在测量小儿股骨颈前倾角的应用及方法比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的 研究比较螺旋CT二维法和三维法在小儿股骨颈前倾角 (FNA)测量中的应用价值。方法 对 40例发育性髋关节脱位患儿及 1例正常小儿共计 82髋 ,分别采用二维法和三维法进行FNA测量及统计学分析。结果 二维法总平均值为 (3 1.2 8± 12 .63 )° ,三维法总平均值为 (3 7.72± 12 .0 6)° ,平均相差约 6.5° ,经配对t检验分析有明显差异 ,P <0 .0 1,同时经相关性分析 ,r =0 .90 6,P <0 .0 0 1,二者呈显著相关。结论 三维CT测量法是一种新的更准确、直观、方便的FNA测量方法 ,与二维测量值有相关性 ;同时结合三维图像 。 Purpose To compare two dimensional method (2D) and three dimensional method (3D) with spiral CT for measurement of femoral neck anteversion (FNA). Methods The FNA of 40 children suffering from developmental disclose of the hip (DDH) and one normal child (altogether 82 hips) were measured respectively by 2D and 3D methods, then analyzed by statistical methods. Results 2D method showed an average FNA of (31.28±12.63)°and 3D method showed an average FNA of (37.72±12.06)°.The average difference was 6.5°,and t test showed significant difference ( P <0.01). Meanwhile , correlation analysis showed significant correlation between them ( r =0.906, P <0.001). Conclusion 3D method is a new accurate and convenient method for measuring FNA. Results of 2D and 3D methods are correlative. It will be more helpful for related operations when three dimensional images are considered.
