摘要
目的 介绍应用CT测量股骨前倾角的两种方法,比较其优劣。方法 选择30名志愿者,CT定位扫描股骨头、颈及股骨髁(共40例)。分别用临床常用法(测量头颈横切面中轴与股骨髁轴间的夹角)及符合前倾角定义的定义法(测量股骨头颈轴与股骨髁轴间的夹角)测量前倾角,比较其结果。结果常用法测量前倾角范围为-3°-35°,平均12.28°,标准差为8.79°;定义法测量前倾角范围为 2°-30°,平均 17. 18°,标准差为 6. 85°。二者间差异有非常显著性意义(P< 0. 01,配对资料 t检验)。结论 CT测量股骨前倾角是一种直观、简便、准确的方法,目前应用最多的常用法和定义法均是有效的临床测量方法,但二者间存在显著性差异,应引起重视。
To describe two widely used computerized tomography methods for measuring femoral anteversion and compare their validity and invalidity. Methods 30 volunteers were chosen to measure the anteversion angle of 40 femurs with CT. Two widely used methods, currently practiced method and anteversion definited method, were used to measure the anteversion angle after the head, neck and the condylar was scanned. Results Currently practiced method showed an average anteversion angle of 12. 28° (- 3°- 35°, s = 8. 79°). Anteversion definited method revealed an average anteversion of 17. 18°(2°- 30°, s = 6. 85°). The difference between them was significiant(P < 0. o1 ). Conclusion CT methods of measuring anteversion angle is direct, easy and accurate. The two widely used methods are all valid clinically, nevertheless there are significiant difference between them.
