摘要
我国目前处于大发展时期，在发展的过程中要注意保护历 史文化名城，但保护不等于维护原状，要进行建设性保护与管理，就必须在明晰产权的前提 下，按照整体环境协调性原则、风土风貌符号的组合演绎原则、尊重历史的真实性原则进行 事前的规划，分门别类地进行保护和管理。按照我国众多历史文化名城的资源特质，可将其 分为三大类，即综合都市型、资源驱动型和经济驱动型，根据它们的各自特征并结合其旅游 资源开发中的主体资源驱动因素，可分别从“退”、“合”、“新”三个方向出发，进行管 理方案的设计。
A constructive protection of the historical cities is of great importance in the rapid development of economy and society.With the prerequisite of clear property right,the protection must be made in harmony with the surroundings, combined with local conditions and customs,and faithful to the historical reality.Moreover,the scientific classification and arrangement are a los necessary.The historical cities in our country can be put in three categorie s and consequently different plans of protection should be made.
