摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱 梯度洗脱法一次测定复方丹参制剂中丹参有效成分的含量。方法 以乙腈、0 .5 %的甲酸水溶液作为梯度洗脱流动相 ,流速为 0 .8ml/min。结果 回收率为 95 .6 2 % 10 4 .2 2 % ,RSD为1.4 2 % 3.5 2 %。结论 此法可作为复方丹参制剂质控的标准。
AIM The purpose is to develop a HPLC method for the determination of active constituents in complex prescription of \%Salvia miltiorrhiza\% METHODS Acetonitrile and 0.5% formic acid was used as gradient elution and flow rate was 0.8 ml/min RESULTS The average recovery rate was 95.62%~104.22% and RSD was 1.42%~3.52% CONCLUSION This method is suitable for the quality control of this commonly used complex prescription
