摘要
目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法将190例以深Ⅱ度烧伤创面为主的患者随机分为2组。对照组90例以西医方法输液、抗感染,创面以SD-Ag霜外敷换药;治疗组100例在西医方法的基础上加用丹参酮ⅡA治疗。观察两组创面基底变化、坏死组织脱腐及上皮生长情况、平均住院日4个指标。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论丹参酮ⅡA能改善深Ⅱ度烧伤创面血循环,加速创面坏死组织腐烂,抑制创面细菌生长,促进创面上皮生长,缩短住院日。
Objective To explore the therapeutical effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A for deep Ⅱ degree burn. Methods 190 patients with deep Ⅱ degree burn were divided randomly into two groups. 100 patients （study group） treated with tanshinone Ⅱ A and conventional therapy （transfusion, anti-infection, change of dressing with SD-Mg） . Other 90 patients （control group） with similar clinical characteristics were received only conventional therapy. Compared with change of wound surface, exfoliation of necrotie tissue , growth of endepidermis, length of stay in the two groups, Results The four index in study group were superior to these in control group. There were significant differences in two groups. Conclusion TanshinoneⅡA can improve therapeutic efficacy of patients with deep Ⅱ degree burn.
